How does the service reminders work?

When you add a new customer to the system, you will also add the service due date. This then will automatically email and text the customer when due, asking them to book in their boiler service.

What is the CRM?

The CRM system is a portal, whereby you can see all your customer’s details such as phone number, email, address and full-service history.

Can i order more labels is i run out?

Yes absolutely. Simply visit our store and order one of our sticker packs.

What is the photo upload feature used for?

This enables you to take photos while at a customer’s property. You can then upload them to the portal, so you can look back during a future service or repair.

How do the company profile work?

When you add the QR label to a boiler, the customer can then scan this label and see all your details including company name, email and telephone number. They can even leave a review directly by scanning the QR.
